Energy Opportunities In-person Conference Postponed to 2021; Virtual Experiences featured in 2020 start soon
Taking into consideration the health concerns, travel restrictions and tightened budgets resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, AAPG and Energy Projects Forum (EPF) have postponed the Latin America Energy Opportunities Conference originally set to take place in September 23-24 in Mexico City.
While a growing list of states and countries have begun the process of restarting business activities interrupted by the Coronavirus, there is still no certainty as to when the pandemic will end, when the orders prohibiting large gatherings will be lifted, and companies will begin to authorize employee travel.
Considering the circumstances, we feel that the best strategy is to postpone the event by one year and focus on virtual opportunities that provide the content, connections and strategies that can help members of the Energy Opportunities community succeed during times of uncertainty.
We are excited to announce Energy Opportunities Virtual Experiences, a global portfolio of digital activities including Executive Forums, Country Showcases, and a virtual conference set for September 2020. These virtual events will help connect the Energy Opportunities global audience, and we invite you to be a part of the discussion. Please continue to visit this website for information about the virtual conference.
The in-person Latin America and Caribbean Energy Opportunities Conference will be held the last week of September 2021. We will publish the event dates and location as soon as they are confirmed.
